At The Label Jenn, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
